How long will we hold information for?
The information will be used only for the purpose of the project, after which it will be archived as part of the database for that project. At this point, all archived data will be fully anonymised, so it no longer comprises ‘personal’ data.
Who has access to information?
We will not sell or rent any information to third parties.

We may share information with local councils, for example when relaying consultation comments.
Your choices:
Individuals have a choice about whether or not they wish for us to share information and comments with other parties.All personal data will be removed from our system upon request, if for example an individual no longer wish to be involved in a project.

All of our systems are password protected and access is only afforded to designated Canvas employees. These systems are kept up to date to ensure their efficacy.
