St Just Skatepark

bmx st just concrete skatepark

A bespoke skatepark with a varied design, located on the Penwith Peninsula in Western Cornwall

After close collaboration with a dedicated user group, the design of St. Just Skatepark aims to incorporate a mix of street- and tansition-based elements. These are effectively linked to allow for flowing lines between obstacles.

Comprising an open bowl, a pyramid hip, rails, hubbas, a mini ramp and so much more, St. Just skatepark offers something for everyone – regardless of age, ability, or wheeled-activity.

The skatepark is embellished with a strip of blue-coloured concrete that passes through the centre of the skatepark. White strips are painted on the ramp platforms – each one spaced 2 metres apart. This was an important detail which ensured the facility was compliant with covid-19 restrictions – evidencing CANVAS’ capability to adapt to certain circumstances.

Positioned on the Penwith Peninsula near Land’s End, this is England’s most westerly skatepark. Due to its coastal location, St. Just Skatepark also offers breath-taking views out to the ocean – and beyond.
